Beach Day and another wonderful playdate

Today we packed up and headed for the beach with plans to meet up with friends.  The boys had a great time digging, tossing sand and just hanging out together.

After the tide rolled in we headed over to my friend, Michelle's for the afternoon.  Thanks Michelle for the fun and the ice cream!

Fun in the Sun!

A picnic and a bouncy castle...what more does a five year old need?  Thanks Michelle, for hosting another great playdate for our kids!

Playdate with Sam

Ethan invited a friend he met at hockey last spring over for a playdate. The boys had fun playing board games together. Ethan and Sam are now on the same T-ball team. Go Phillies!

Playdate at Matt and Nik's

Ethan enjoyed spending some time with his friends (Logan, Darcy, Adelaide, Jules, Matt and Nik) at Matt and Nik's house Friday. Despite the weather, they all wanted to play outside while us moms stayed warm and cozy inside!

The Zoo with Friends

On Tuesday, while dropping Ethan off at school (two days after my due date) one of his good friends, James, and his mom, Jen invited Ethan and I to go to the zoo with them Wednesday. The boys had so much fun biking around the zoo and I think all of the walking finally kick started my labor because I started getting contractions that afternoon.

Playing on the playground...the highlight.

Baby Loland's Due Date

Baby Loland's due date came and went uneventfully, except for the opportunity to participate in a Valentine's Day playdate at Michele's (a friend from work) new home. Matt, Nik, Logan and Ethan had a great time playing together. We managed to get them sitting at the table for a quick bite of lunch before hurrying off to play again, not wanting to waste any of their precious play time together!
