Sean and Sarah's Rehearsal Dinner

Reuben was asked to usher for Sean and Sarah's wedding, so we were all invited to the rehearsal dinner at the Mission Golf and Country Club. Ethan hung out with grandpa and Jonas with Auntie Andrea.

Playdate with Sam

Ethan invited a friend he met at hockey last spring over for a playdate. The boys had fun playing board games together. Ethan and Sam are now on the same T-ball team. Go Phillies!

Jonas Finds His Toys

Another exciting milestone was reached today. Jonas figured out how to hit at the toys dangling above his head and watched in amazement as they swayed above him. Too cute! Here is a video and a few pictures of the occasion.

Auntie Andrea

Ethan loves Andrea so much. He was so excited this year whenever she would come home for a break from school at UVic. He really missed her while she was gone. Here are a few pictures of a recent reunion and evidence of why she is one of his favourite people! Welcome home, Andrea!

Easter

We celebrated Easter with an Easter egg hunt for Ethan this year. The Easter bunny spoiled him with chocolate eggs and a transformer that Reuben had to assemble...go figure!! :) Ethan learned a lot about the meaning of Easter this year from school and came home one day telling me about the Easter story. Here is what he said, "Jesus died and was put in a rock. Then the rock rolled and he came back to life." Love it!! :O) Happy Easter everyone!

Easy Going Jonas

Jonas is proving to be a very easy going baby. He will let anyone hold him and puts up with pretty much anything that is thrown his way. We are incredibly thankful for this!

Sleepover

Megan spent the night at our house the day Morgan was born. Megan and Ethan don't always getalong, but they did really well reading together, so I had to take a picture.

Baby Morgan is Born!

Baby Morgan was born on March 22. He weighed 8lbs 15oz. We are so excited for the Kornicki's. Ethan, Jonas and I got to visit them and meet Morgan in the hospital.


Reuben met Morgan a few days later at home. Congratulations!

Dad's 60th Birthday Weekend

David, Jonas and I flew out to Calgary for the weekend to help my dad celebrate his 60th birthday. My mom threw a surprise party for him on March 20 and since he didn't know we were coming, we became part of the surprise. We had a great time celebrating with him and meeting many of my parents friends.




The next day we went up to Canmore. It was beautiful and nice to be together as a family again. Happy Birthday Dad!
