We made it to Disneyland our second day in Anaheim. I had forgotten how big and busy it was (the last time I had been I was 11 or 12). The pictures below were taken in the morning, but by the time lunch rolled around, you could hardly move through the streets without being shoved, tripped or bumped by someone. We ended up spending much of Day 3 at Disneyland as well and part of Day 4.
Frontierland was our first stop. Ethan and Reuben headed straight for the shooting gallery, and after I finished rolling my eyes and completing my I-knew-it moment, I snapped a few pictures. After the shooting gallery we decided to head for Big Thunder Mountain. Oops!!!
... I'm so proud!! :)

Ethan and Reuben after Big Thunder Mountain...
Ok, lesson learned...no BIG rides... Dumbo here we come! Fantasyland was much more Ethan-friendly. And after hesitating to go on anymore rides, he finally agreed to go on Storybook Land. Of course it helped that Jonas was allowed too!
And Dumbo (despite the line-up, and really...what is up with that...it really isn't that great of a ride),
And of course, It's a Small World (my mom's favourite ride).
Toon Town was a zoo, but so fun. Ethan enjoyed touring Mickey's house and getting a photo with him (we waited in line 30 minutes for this, but Ethan had been searching for Mickey throughout the park, so it was worth the wait. We also got to see Goofy and a few other characters, too!
We arrived in Tomorrowland in the late afternoon, and spent most of the rest of the day riding Astro Blasters, a definite highlight!
We also spent some time riding canoes on the Davey Crockett Canoe ride,
riding the Rocket Rods,
playing in Tarzan's Treehouse,
and driving cars at Autopia.
We also took in the Celebrate Parade on Main Street, Disneyland. What a great show!
By the time we got back to the hotel at night we were beat and more than ready to get off our feet!
